Qualification is to MIL-PRF-38534 & MIL-PRF-38535 on die, hermetic, packaged die and hybrid assemblies. This includes visual inspection to MIL-STD-883 Method 2010 Class S, 100% element electrical RF test, and wafer lot qualification testing (per MIL-PRF-38534 for MMIC devices). Custom MMIC has the option of performing Lot Acceptance Testing internally or via approved subcontractors. Laminar flow hoods are utilized for testing of wafers and visual inspection in a Class 100 cleanroom environment.
