    We are excited to announce the release of CMD292, our latest wideband Distributed Driver Amplifier MMIC.

    CMD292 delivers 13 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +27 dBm and output IP3 of +33 dBm at 15 GHz. The CMD292 features a positive gain slope over frequency, easing broadband designs when flat gain profile is desired.

    The CMD292 is a pad-compatible replacement for the Analog Device product, HMC994. This broadband device is ideally suited for applications requiring broad bandwidth, high output power, and high linearity.

    Latest Driver Amplifier Operates from 16 to 24 GHz with High Gain and High Linearity

    We are excited to announce our recently released wideband Driver Amplifier MMIC, CMD291.

    The CMD291 is a wideband GaAs MMIC driver amplifier die which operates from 16 to 24 GHz. It delivers 22.5 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +26 dBm and output IP3 of 32.5 dBm at 20 GHz.

    This broadband device is ideally suited for applications requiring high dynamic range. It is a pad-compatible replacement for the HMC498, with superior gain flatness and thermal conductivity.

    New Wideband GaN Low Noise Amplifier Operates from 2 to 26 GHz with High Input Power Survivability

    We are excited to announce the release of CMD290, a new wideband GaN Low Noise Amplifier (LNA) MMIC.

    The CMD290 operates from 2 to 26 GHz, and delivers 12.5 dB of gain with a corresponding noise figure of 2.3 dB and an output 1 dB compression point of +19 dBm at 13 GHz. This GaN LNA features an RF input power survivability of 2 Watts. It is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.

    The broadband device is ideally suited for applications requiring low noise figure performance and high input power survivability. The CMD290 available in die form and is fully passivated for increased reliability and moisture protection.
