For The Third Consecutive Year Custom MMIC [Now Qorvo] Secures Raytheon's Top Supplier Honors

Chelmsford, MA – May 30, 2019 – We are a leading designer and manufacturer of high performance monolithic microwave integrated circuits (MMICs) honored to be the only semiconductor MMIC supplier to receive Raytheon's Five Star Supplier Excellence Award for 2018 performance. This is the third consecutive year we have been named a Top Supplier by Raytheon. Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems (IDS) recognizes the importance of cultivating, maintaining and nurturing strong business relationships with their supplier network to ensure mission readiness and success. An integral part of this program is the IDS Supplier Excellence Awards, which are held annually to acknowledge the achievements of their top suppliers for outstanding support and service provided over the previous year.

Raytheon's Integrated Defense Systems business instituted the annual Supplier Excellence Awards program to recognize suppliers who have provided outstanding service and partnership in exceeding customer requirements. Award candidates are judged on certain criteria, including overall quality, on-time delivery and demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement. A 5-Star recognition is the highest level of recognition a Raytheon Integrated Defense Systems business supplier can achieve for excellence in quality and performance, and we were one of 16 companies selected.

Dave Folding, VP of Operations, and Erik Sauve, Director of Quality, attended the award ceremony on May 21, 2019 in Boston, Massachusetts, and accepted the award on behalf of the Custom MMIC team.
