Active and Passive Frequency Multiplier MMICs for RF / Microwave Circuit Designers Looking for High Isolation

Custom MMIC expertly leverages GaAs MMIC technology to develop RF / Microwave active and passive frequency multipliers that are offered as passive frequency doublers or active frequency doublers with a 50 ohm matched design - eliminating any need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. These broadband MMIC multiplier ICs offer high performance at input frequency bands that range from 4 GHz to 15 GHz (C, X, Ku band) for passive devices and 12 GHz to 20 GHz (Ku, K band) for active devices. These multiplier MMICs offer high output powers up to 17 dBm and with excellent Fo and 3Fo isolations in a small die size.
