CMD255C3

16-26 GHz (Ku, K Band) General Purpose Double Balanced Mixer

    Key Features

    • High IP3
    • High isolation
    • Low conversion loss
    • Pb-free RoHS compliant 3x3 SMT package
    • Wide IF bandwidth

Qorvo's CMD255C3 is a general purpose double balanced mixer in a leadless surface mount package that can be used for up- and downconverting applications between 16 and 26 GHz. The CMD255C3 has very high isolation to both the RF and IF ports due to the optimized balun structures, and can operate with an LO drive level as low as +15 dBm. The CMD255C3 can easily be configured as an image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with external hybrids and power splitters.

    X-Microwave Design System

This product is available as an X-Microwave Block (X-MWblock) for evaluation.

X-MWblocks are RF and microwave "drop-in" components that can be used individually for prototyping or in production assemblies. X-MWblocks are easy to test, integrate, align, and configure to 60 GHz and beyond. No messy sweat soldering or silver epoxy processes are required. X-MWblocks are highly characterized with S-parameter models and connect with a patented solder-less interconnect technology.
