GaAs Driver Amplifier MMICs for RF Circuit Designs Needing High Gain over Wide Bands

Excelling at designing GaAs MMIC amplifiers for over 10 years, Custom MMIC offers a range of wideband and high performance driver amplifiers from 20 to 40 GHz that meet high gain and bandwidth specs in small and power efficient die and surface mount (SMT) packages. Many of Custom MMIC’s RF driver amplifier MMICs have 50 Ohm matched designs and a single positive bias supply voltage. Additional features include a positive gain slope and low current consumption models.

Eliminating the need for DC Blocks and RF port matching, some of Custom MMICs Driver Amplifiers are designed with internal 50 Ohm matching circuitry. Offering another layer of BOM, cost, and footprint reduction, many of these Driver Amplifiers also require only a single-positive supply rail and exhibit positive gain slope, which removes the need for gain slope equalization circuitry.
