Digital Attenuator MMICs for L, S, C, X, Ku, K and Ka Band Designs

Custom MMIC designs custom and standard surface mount (SMT) packaged and die form absorptive RF / Microwave digital attenuators with GaAs technology to fit the needs of high performance designs. With digitally controlled attenuation and ultra-wideband performance, these digital attenuators perform up to 40 GHz (K band) with excellent insertion losses. These RF / Microwave MMICs come with a 50 ohm matched design to eliminate the need for port matching, full passivation, and moisture protection for increased reliability.
