    Key Features

    • Low current consumption
    • Small die size
    • Ultra low noise performance
    • Positive bias

Qorvo's CMD190 is a highly efficient GaAs MMIC low noise amplifier ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. The device operates from 33 to 45 GHz and delivers greater than 19 dB of gain with a corresponding noise figure of 2.1 dB at 36 GHz. The CMD190 amplifier is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD190 also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
