The CMD174P4 is a GaAs MMIC 5-bit phase shifter housed in a leadless 4x4 mm plastic surface mount (SMT) package. The CMD174P4 operates from 3 to 6 GHz and provides 0 to 360 degrees of monotonic phase coverage, with a LSB of 11.25 degrees. The phase shifter is controlled with single bit negative logic of 0 or -3 V and features an insertion loss of 7.6 dB and a phase error of ± 2 degrees. The CMD174P4 MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.

We are proud to announce a new technical brief illuminating our progress in eliminating complex bias sequencers and negative voltage supply. Our expert engineers have been exploring the use of enhancement mode
In addition to offering delivery from stock on our own evaluation boards for nearly all our die and packaged devices, Custom MMIC has also put nearly 30% of our devices into the X-Microwave block system. This drop-in simulation, prototyping, and production system enables efficient and expedient microwave and millimeter-wave circuit development and testing.
Custom MMIC strives to design all our MMIC devices in a manner such that they can be readily chosen for your space applications. We offer turnkey space screening / testing service when a device is categorized as "Ready for Space Screening" on our website. In some cases, our devices have already been "Space Qualified" and are often available from stock. Just let us know when requesting price and delivery, or technical support, if your devices will be used in space.
