The CMD158 is a broadband RF / Microwave MMIC driver amplifier ideally suited for EW and communications systems where small size and low power consumption are critical design requirements. This broadband device delivers 21 dB of gain and +21 dBm saturated output power at 24 % PAE from a single 5 V supply. The CMD158 amplifier is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
