GaAs Voltage Variable Attenuator (VVA) MMICs for RF / Microwave Attenuation Requirements

Custom MMIC designs custom and standard surface mount (SMT) packaged and die form absorptive RF / Microwave digital and voltage variable attenuators with GaAs technology to fit the needs of various high performance designs. With voltage-variable attenuation and ultra-wideband performance, these absorptive attenuators perform up to 40 GHz (K band) with excellent insertion losses. These RF / Microwave MMICs come with a 50 ohm matched design to eliminate the need for port matching, full passivation, and moisture protection for increased reliability. Chip size is as small as 2x2 mm.
