    Key Features

    • Broadband performance
    • Excellent Fo isolation
    • High output power
    • Positive gain slope
    • Small die size

Qorvo's CMD214 die is a broadband MMIC GaAs x2 active frequency multiplier. When driven by a +13dBm signal, the multiplier provides +17 dBm output power from 24 to 36 GHz. The Fo and 3Fo isolations are >32 dBc and >25 dBc respectively at 26 GHz. The CMD214 multiplier MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design eliminating the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching.
