Test Capability

At Custom MMIC Design Services, we currently have full vector and scalar test capability to 50 GHz at both the packaged and on-wafer level, and we are in the process of extending our capabilities to 67 GHz. We utilize custom automated test software to ensure accurate and fully calibrated measurements. Our equipment list currently includes the following:
