The core of our work at Custom MMIC Design Services is MMIC chip design, where we have wide experience ranging from single-function components to fully integrated transceivers. We strive to produce the most cost-effective design for the particular application.
Our preferred media is GaAs and its derivatives (GaN, SiC, InP, etc.). We have relationships with all of the major semiconductor fabrication houses and have successfully created MMIC designs on over two dozen different processes.
