CMD231

2-6 GHz (S, C band) Driver Amplifier MMIC

    Key Features

    • High gain
    • Low current consumption
    • Single positive supply voltage
    • Small die size
    • Positive bias

Qorvo's CMD231 is a wideband RF / Microwave GaAs MMIC driver amplifier ideally suited for military, space, and communications designs where small size and high linearity are critical to design. At 4 GHz the device delivers greater than 14.5 dB of gain with a corresponding output 1 dB compression point of +13.5 dBm and an output IP3 of 23.5 dBm. The CMD231 Driver Amplifier MMIC is a 50 ohm matched design which eliminates the need for external DC blocks and RF port matching. The CMD231 also offers full passivation for increased reliability and moisture protection.
